Get your tickets today for Public Landing’s upcoming Four Course Wine Dinner, featuring Rodney Strong Vineyards, on Thursday, October 18. These dinners are extremely popular, so you will want to purchase your tickets as soon as possible.
The dinner starts at 6:30pm.
- The first course consists of Bacon-Wrapped Pecan Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with light maple cream and Butternut Squash Polenta Cake, topped with duck bacon, grilled honey crisp apple, quince, charred fennel and chervil. Accompanying it will be the Rose of Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley.
- The second course is a Roasted Vegetable Salad with golden and purple beets, butternut squash, patty pan squash, micro arugula and watercress, mild Italian sausage and tarragon bacon vinaigrette. Accompanying the salad with be Charlotte’s Home Sauvignon Blanc, Alexander & Russian River Valleys.
- The third course is a Roasted Pork Shank with sweet potato duchess, duck confit, roasted parsnips, goat cheese crema and black cherry demi glace. Accompanying the pork shank will be Upshot, Red Blend, Sonoma County.
- The final course is a Pumpkin Layer Cake with pumpkin spice creme anglaise, apple poached pear compote and port wine chantilly cream. Accompanying the cake will be A True Gentleman’s Port, Sonoma County & Pumpkin Old Fashioned Cocktail.
Tickets are $60 per guest, plus service and sales tax.
